Market Trends
Scotland has lower overall average house prices than the whole of the United Kingdom. Generally house prices have risen year on year (except 2013) over the last decade. Across Scotland, the most expensive region today is City of Edinburgh, with the cheapest region being East Ayrshire. Western Isles has seen the greatest decadal price growth, North Ayrshire has maintained a consistent price range, and City of Aberdeen has the greatest property price fall since 2010.
